 Dr. James (Jim) R. Baugh, Therapy CoachJim Baugh is a seasoned psychologist who has worked in many areas of psychology throughout his 40-year career. In addition to his teaching responsibilities in conflict resolution and abnormal psychology and his establishment of one of America's first "Employee Assistance Programs" for psychological treatment, Dr. Baugh has written many journal articles and four books including Recovering from Addictions and Six Hidden Motives that Defeat Your Goals.
